Pulled by hand, every order
Every bowl starts as a ball of dough. We stretch and fold it at the counter while you watch, so the noodles go into the pot a minute after they’re made.
The beef broth simmers overnight, and the chili oil is made in house each week. There’s always at least one vegan soup and one vegan noodle dish on the menu.
Feeding a group?
Trays of dumplings, noodles and salads for 10 to 40 people. Order two days ahead.

Do you deliver?
Yes, through our own order page and the usual delivery apps. Pickup orders are ready in about 15 minutes.
Is there seating?
Twelve seats at the counter and four small tables. Walk in; there are no reservations.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes. The mushroom soup, vegetable lo mein, scallion pancake and cucumber salad are all vegan.
Where do I park?
There’s free street parking on Elm Street and a public lot behind the library, one block away.
